<gateway_ip>: The ip of the CTM FTP Gateway.
<username>: The username of your FTP account.
<password>: The password of your FTP account.
<proxy username>: The username of your local Proxy
<proxy password>: The password of your local Proxy
<proxy domain name>: The domain name of your local Proxy
<pause_messages>: If provided, every certain number of messages sent to CTM, the sending process will pause for waiting CTM send these messages to destinations.
<pause_seconds>: If provided, every certain number of messages sent to CTM, the sending process will pause for the seconds you provided here. If not provided, every certain number of messages sent to CTM, the sending process will pause until CTM send these messages to the destinations. If <pause_messages> not provide or less than 1, the sending process will not pause until it send every messages to CTM.
/UN: Forces the messages to be encoded by unicode.
/RS: Run the application silently from comman line. It only works with providing the valid arguments needed, include originating number, destination number, message, gateway ip, username and password.
/BP: Bypass the local proxy when uploading MSG files to CTM SMS FTP gateway.

Parameters:
<volumelevel> : A number of the volume level to be set 
    between 0 to 65535. -1 will mute the volume.
<volumedevice>: A abbreviation of the volume device to be 
    set. 
The available abbreviations are shown as following.
    ms: Master (Default)
    wo: Wave out
    sy: Synthesizer
    mp: Microphone
notray: the program will not stay on the system tray.

Examples:
MYVOLUMETRAY -1
    Mute the volume and create a system tray icon.
MYVOLUMETRAY -1 notray
    Mute the volume.
MYVOLUMETRAY 10000 wo notray
    Unmute the waveout volume and set its level to 10000.
